Empowerment is a journey that takes us beyond mere allocation of transient resources; it inspires a legacy of enduring knowledge and skills, poised to redefine the lives of those we serve. Since 2014, the European Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education (ECLEE), in collaboration with Jagora University, has passionately pursued this vision, championing the cause of education across the African, European, American, Asian landscapes, and beyond. Our flagship program, ‘Students Professionalization and Employability through Competences and Skills (SPECS®),’ has been a catalyst for change for over 16,000 students, enriching them with essential training and highly sought-after certifications, all made possible by the unwavering support of our friends and respective partners.
As we set our sights on the limitless opportunities of 2024, we embark on a transformative campaign to expand our reach. Our commitment is to provide leading Lean Six Sigma and YETI-EU (Young Entrepreneurs Teaching Initiative program co-financed by the European Commission) training and certifications to 3000 dedicated students and job seekers this year alone—essential tools for their professional and personal development. The scale of this endeavor is remarkable, and its success relies heavily on the unwavering support and contributions of our partners, esteemed individuals like yourself, who recognize the immeasurable impact on the employability of young graduates.
SPECS is a concept structured around two axes:
- Technical axes, emphasizing specialization in a given sector often leading to professional certification.
- Soft Skills axis focusing on leadership and personal development of the learner.
The SPECS concept aims to equip, empower, and transform students into effective agents of societal change in economic, social, health, and environmental aspects within their context and sphere of influence.
Associated professional certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification: 110€ per student
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification: 320€ per student
- YETI-EU Certification: 240€ per student.
